Terms & Conditions — 3we Online Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 3we ("3we", "we", "our", "the Platform", "the Company"), which operates the online gaming platform accessible at https://3we.cam ("the Website").

• You are acting on your own behalf and are not operating under any form of financial or personal duress.

Each eligible individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on 3we at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or different contact details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all associated balances.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You accept responsibility for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify 3we promptly of any changes.

KYC Verification is mandatory for all players prior to processing any withdrawal request and may also be triggered by deposit volumes, account activity patterns, or our compliance team's assessment. KYC documents typically required include:

• A copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or valid passport.
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months) where name and address are clearly visible.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame following a request from 3we may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold or, in cases of non-compliance, account suspension. 3we is under no obligation to process withdrawals from accounts that have not satisfactorily completed verification.

All deposits to and transactions on 3we are conducted exclusively inMalaysian Ringgit (MYR). 3we supports the following payment methods for deposits:

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting funds deposited by a third party, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

3we applies no deposit processing fees on the Platform's side; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges for which3we bears no responsibility. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are set out in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time provided that: (a) their account is in good standing; (b) the KYC verification process has been satisfactorily completed; (c) no active bonus funds remain subject to wagering requirements unless such requirements have been met; and (d) the withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum threshold.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following indicative timelines, subject to successful KYC clearance and compliance review:

3we reserves the right to withhold, delay, or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms pending completion of an investigation. The Player will be notified of any hold applied to their withdrawal.

3we offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referal rewards, and loyalty tier benefits. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form an integral part of these Terms where applicable.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds may only be used for real-money wagering on the Platform. They may not be transferred to another player or exchanged for cash directly.

All games available on 3we are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for casino games, or real-time market data for sports betting events. Published Return to Player (RTP) rates for individual slot games are provided by the respective game providers and are independently verified.

For sports betting, odds are set by 3we's trading team based on available market data and may change at any time prior to the comencement of an event. • Opening more than one account or using another person's account.

• Any form of cheating, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at 3we staff or other players.
• Any action that places an undue load on the Platform's infrastructure or interferes with the experience of other players.

3we reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).
• Where continuing to operate the account would expose3we to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• Where a player has been identified as a Prohibited Person.

In cases where an account is closed by 3we due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following satisfactory completion of all outstanding compliance checks.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the player following final compliance clearance.

3we's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total sum deposited by you to your account in the90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or MYR 5,000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 3we's liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

3we reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will take effect upon publication of the revised Terms on the Website, with the "Last updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 3we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using 3we and may request voluntary account closure as set out in Section 10.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect proprietary rights or prevent irreparable harm.
